We are currently looking for a qualified Inside Sales / Lead Generation Representative to join our sales and marketing team in Valley Forge, PA.
General Information
Provide inside sales support services to build a pipeline of quality leads for the Sales Team. Complete a consistently high level of call activity to reach the volume of prospective clients that enter the sales funnel. Follow up on inbound leads to qualify and set meetings for the sales team.
Specific Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Contacting prospective clients and conducting initial qualification
- Completing 50-80 cold calls per day
- Successfully reaching targeted decision makers
- Employing effective sales techniques and discovery processes
- Determining lead quality and priority for follow-up by Sales Team
- Arranging prospect meetings for the Sales Team
- Follow procedures to ensure quality lead reports can be extracted from the system
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- 1+ Years experience in telemarketing (preferably in an IT environment with a wide range of services)
- Outstanding and highly effective telephone skills
- Strong written, verbal, and listening skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be persistent and able to maintain a high energy level
- Demonstrated high-volume outbound sales/telemarketing expertise
- Must be computer literate and have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Compensation:
Base salary plus commission program commensurate with experience and full/part time arrangements.

Sales Executive

In this strategic and consultative sales role, you will work to identify and initiate high level contacts from SMB companies in the region. With a solid base salary plus a realistic, fully attainable quota target, a motivated professional will prosper in the short term and also position themselves for potential advancement within our company as we grow rapidly.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage existing network, referrals, cold calling, Lawder's Networks professional seminars, and business savvy to develop new business
- Prospect, qualify, and identify key business and technical contacts within the account
- Communicate Lawder's Networks Managed Services value proposition and return on investment strategy
- Develop Account and close plans
- Meet with prospects to close new business
- Manage existing accounts and provide a high level of ongoing support
- Create proposals, and service contracts as part of the sales cycle
- Communicate accurate account forecasts on a weekly basis
- Work directly with partners to leverage Lawder's Networks technology
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience of 2 years or more
- Ideal Candidate will possess a combination of Inside/Outside Sales experience
- Good phone presence and strong business development skills, including prospecting and cold calling abilities coupled with a proven track record of closing business over the phone
- Good working knowledge of IT needs and concerns in small, medium and large companies
- Existing "Rolodex" of contacts who would be interested in Outsourced IT Managed Services preferred
- Displays drive, energy, and initiative
- Demonstrates strong teaming skills and can work independently
- Professional and positive in interactions with others and is able to establish rapport quickly
- Performs ambiguous tasks with guidance and support
- Ability and willingness to learn about new products and services and hit the ground running
- Is able to overcome objections and displays solid negotiation skills

Field Service / PC Technician
Provides Field Service support, on designated information technology products, for customers and/or original equipment manufactures primarily in the Philadelphia, PA region. Base geographical area is normally within a 75-mile radius, but depending on company workload or employee bandwidth, will extend beyond assigned base area. Completes all assigned service calls with professionalism and technical expertise. Informs Lead Technician, and/or Delivery Manager, of all issues that may escalate before they become volatile. Ensures that quality and service level goals are achieved in a timely manner. Completes all administrative duties correctly and promptly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides quality customer service and on-site support for designated equipment.
- Escalates problems to appropriate next level of support when necessary.
- Brings all customer complaints to a satisfactory closure or escalates as necessary.
- Monitors assigned service calls to ensure timely completion.
- Completes training requirements in a timely manner.
- Ensures all time reporting, expense reporting and other required reports are accurate and submitted on time.
- Provides process improvement suggestions within assigned scope of work.
- Meets or exceeds various service levels as established by assignment (calls per day, on-time response, administrative call closure, customer satisfaction.)
- Performs other reasonably related projects or assignments as assigned by immediate manager and other management staff, as requested.
- Responsible for ensuring on-going maintenance and development of positive customer relationships with all business partners and customers.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum of one (1) year direct PC and Laptop Hardware Field Service experience. (Bench technical experience does not qualify an individual for this position.)
- Associate's Degree in Electronics, formal PC hardware service courses, or similar military related training.
- CompTIA A+ Certification (Hardware & Software), Completion of DCSE Certification required.

- Transportation - Valid and current driver's license in good standing. Proof of current automobile liability insurance as required by State of residence
- Work Schedule - Random overtime and/or shift work may be required to meet customer requirements/commitments and training travel
Applicant must be able to provide their own:
- Reliable transportation to perform daily duties of this position.
- Personal training time to acquire client device certification.
- Networking Tools. (Punch down Tool, Butt Set, Line Toner, etc..)
Compensation:
- Between $10.00 to $15.00 or more based on experience
